Emergency Food and Shelter Program
The Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) provides federal funding, distributed locally by United Way of Demo County, to help partner agencies deliver emergency shelter, utility, and food assistance to neighbors in crisis. Use the application below to request funding for one or more program categories.
Shelter / Housing
Rent, mortgage, and emergency lodging assistance to prevent eviction or homelessness.
Utility
Metered and non-metered utility assistance to keep the lights, water, and heat on.
Food
Meals, groceries, and supplies for mass feeding and food distribution programs.
